Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused
Unopened
In its original packaging
In the same condition that you received it

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used aroma products cannot be returned unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products
Products damaged due to misuse
Items without original packaging
Gift cards
Clearance or final-sale items, if marked as final sale

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at yunxiu2026@outlook.com.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error, such as sending the wrong or defective item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
